Comcast's Internet Essentials: Affordable internet for lower income families
Lower income Americans who are in areas where Comcast is available can apply for Comcast's special program called Internet Essentials. Those accepted into the Internet Essentials will receive internet access for just $9.95 a month.

Comcast is currently offering --- through September 20, 2014 -- six (6) month's of free internet if you apply for Comcast's Internet Essentials program by 9/20.
