Freschetta's Proud to Support Pink program - enter codes to support breast cancer awareness! {plus giveaway}

I have at least one more Breast Cancer Awareness post in the works, but I wanted to take the time to share Freschetta Pizza's 'Proud to Support Pink' program.  Look for specially marked boxes (pink ones, of course!) that have codes in them that you can enter online between now and October 31st.  Each code entry from their specially marked packages means $1 given to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.  Bonus:  They're also giving away 50 pink iPod Shuffles each week during the month of October as a giveaway.  Entering codes will get you entered in that sweeps.  In addition, they'll also be donating 50 pink iPod Shuffles to four cancer centers in America so that breast cancer fighters can enjoy some tunes with their treatments.  Freschetta is hoping to raise awareness, not to mention $50,000 via code entries, this month.  So please, if you see the pink packaging, select those and be sure to remember to enter the code to help support this cause.

Giveaway

As a thank you for helping promote their 'Proud to Support Pink' program, Freschetta sent me a lovely prize pack that included a free product coupon and two sets of pink ear buds (no iPod - so be sure you enter your codes to be entered to win at the 'Proud to Support Pink' site).  One pink earbud set was for me and the other was so that I could share with a friend or family member to be reminded them to be proactive about their health.  One lucky winner will receive the same prize pack that I did.  Take a look at the picture I took with my smart phone.

This giveaway will run through October 18, 2011 at 11:59 PM Eastern time with the winner drawn via random.org on or about October 19, 2011.  This contest is open to US residents who are 18 or older.  Winner must respond to an email asking for shipping details within 48 hours.  If winner fails to respond within that time frame, a different winner will be selected.  Please ensure that I have a way to reach you.  I highly recommend including your email in the mandatory comment and/or ensuring that your Blogger profile is public so that I may view your email.  Mandatory entry is required.   Extra entries are available if mandatory entry has been completed.

Mandatory entry:  Just leave me a comment with the first name of the person with whom you'd share the earbuds (who might need a gentle reminder to take care of their health) if you happen to win.
