Sometimes life gets crazy and when you look at the clock, you wonder where your day went.... and then you wonder what's for dinner?  Nothing's thawed to be cooked or simmering on the stove.  It's days like these that I rely upon quick and easy dinners like Totino's pizza and pizza rolls.  Fridays are great nights to have an easy and fun dinner and a movie, too.  A great way to end the week is some together time, which for us is usually dinner and a movie that the kids want to watch.

The kids and hubby had frozen food extravaganza dinner this week, which included a cheese pizza (shown left above).  I was surprised that the kids loved the pizza and hubby said it was good too.  Normally, they prefer delivery hands down, but when I asked hubby if I should buy a few to keep on hand for easy lunches on the weekend, he said yes.  I didn't partake because of the wheat allergy thing, but it smelled good.  It did stick to my pan though, so it got mauled a little when it came off to be served.  But that didn't affect the taste obviously.  They liked the thin and crispy texture most.
