Lactose intolerance can be expensive. In order to "enjoy dairy again", we lactose intolerant folks need to buy an enzyme supplement that will break down milk products so that we aren't forced to pick our legs up from the floor in a swanky country club, while some high-bred lady comments that the "Rose room doesn't smell very rosy!" I'm not sure if my cousin will ever forgive me for bracing my legs on the stall door, thus leaving her looking like the culprit in an otherwise empty appearing bathroom, but you live and learn and eventually you find a product like Lactaid.
For those who are intolerant, make sure you stop by CVS this month to pick up on their monthly deal involving Lactaid. The 32 count box (individually wrapped) costs $8.99, but comes with a $5 ECB. For me, at least, Lactaid is FSA eligible, so I can claim back my $3.99. I was able to grab 3 boxes today nearly half way through the month, which is quite surprising. The $5 ECB also works on the larger box. The Lactaid monthly deal at CVS is limit 5, so stock up!
