Another CVS post - free after extra bucks Softsoap Spa

I know I go on and on about CVS and how much I love shopping there, but really it is with good reason. This month, CVS is offering the new Softsoap Spa body wash free after Extra Care Bucks, limit 5.

Now, I think the reasoning behind this marketing ploy is to make you want to max out your limit so that you will use the product for an extended period of time. I can buy that. For me and my family, we go through a lot of body wash and we like the Softsoap brand. CVS has offered free after extra care bucks offers before on Softsoap, not to mention great sales to match coupons that appear in the Sunday paper.

There are three Softsoap Spa products available, but YMMV when it comes to finding them all in the store. The CVS I shopped at had only two choices, the Moisture Wrap and the Exfoliating. The third Softsoap Spa product is the Purifying, which I would like to have tried. However, seeing as how the Softsoap Spa is on full Extra Care Bucks this month, and is limit 5, it was pure luck that I found any at all. The shelves were empty at one CVS and the second CVS had just 5 of the Moisture Wrap and 5 of the Exfoliating and that is it.

So if you haven't taken advantage of this awesome offer, hurry into your CVS. If the shelves are bare, do ask for a raincheck. Most managers have no problems completing a raincheck for you and indicating that the item would be free after Extra Care Bucks so that when they do get more in stock, even if it is past the dates for the offer, they will honor it and give you the item for free.

A printable coupon for Softsoap Spa is available by clicking through to the Colgate site. This is a printable coupon, so YMMV as not all stores accept printables. Even though the Softsoap Spa will already be free after Extra Care Bucks, you are still permitted to use a coupon. The retail price is about $4.99.
