I feel somewhat guilty (and perhaps a bit greedy?) for reminding my husband to shop through Shop Discover on the Discover Card site. He'll use a coupon when prompted, but often doesn't think to search the Internet for one before committing to a purchase. However, he insisted I provide him with a Christmas list so that he has some idea of what to get me. I had sent him a link to a sweater at JC Penneys and reminded him to please shop through Discover so that we could get 5% cash back vs. just 1%.
If you haven't checked out Shop Discover yet, it may be worth a look-see. I did see many name brand stores - Sears, Penneys to name just two - in the list on the site. I hate mall crowds, so I do plan to shop online as much as I can. I just wish they had a link to shop through for Amazon!
