Kicking off National Pancake Day - one last indulgence on Shrove/Fat Tuesday/Mardi Gras - IHOP is giving each individual customer a free short stack (3) buttermilk pancakes between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M. IHOP's pancakes are free, but they are aiming to collect donations for Children's Miracle Network and want to raise $1 Million for that charity.
