Food Lion on Twitter - Follow Food Lion on Twitter because they tweet out some coupons that do not come via the Shopper's Companion email and aren't posted on Facebook.
Food Lion on Facebook - Fan Food Lion on Facebook to find recipes, money saving announcements (such as lower prices on items), links to coupons and current promotions.
Food Lion on your mobile phone: I received a mailer recently offering mobile savings directly to my MVP card for texting FREECEREAL to 467467. This is supposed to get you a Free box of Food Lion Simple Living Cereal (max value $2.99). You do need your MVP number to cash in on this deal.
Shopper's Companion - don't forget to sign up for the Shopper's Companion emails. You get a weekly email showing your local ad, along with some printable coupons. Sign up for it here.
