John Frieda Root Awakening satisfaction guarantee (and Walmart.com free sample link)

John Frieda's Root Awakening has a satisfaction guarantee. This shampoo is not cheap; it will run you about $6 a tube. I have used this shampoo and conditioner and love it, so I don't think that I qualify as an unsatisfied customer.

According to the John Frieda site:

"Terms: For best results, follow directions and warnings on package and use full-size shampoo, conditioner and leave in spray for 7 consecutive days. Stronger, more manageable hair will have added bounce, shine, and softness. If not completely satisfied, call 1-866-290-5435 or visit www.johnfrieda.com/index.asp for details on how to request coupons for 3 free other full-size John Frieda® products. Original receipt dated between 3/01/10 and 9/30/10 required and your submittal must be postmarked no later than 30 days after date of purchase. Offer ends 10/31/10..."

More info here, including the form you must fill out to claim your satisfaction guarantee.

It goes without saying that this is limited to one per person/household/email address. If you are unsatisfied, you don't have a long time to request the coupons.

This product line does work best, at least based on my own experience with it, if used together as a combination. I use the Root Awakening shampoo and conditioner that is formulated for breakage. I love the way it smells and how my hair feels once it dries.
