Having trouble with this fab freebie? Patience! It took me several times to get it to go through. I kept getting stuck at the second page, but when I tried again (after several clicks to try to submit) about 10 minutes later, it told me that I had already submitted for one. I never saw a confirmation page. Hope that helps! I went for the hot dog sample pack.
