Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion: Get your skin ready for spring! (Review and Giveaway)

Your skin is the largest organ of your body and taking good care of your skin is vital to health.  Dry skin encourages scratching, which can give germs entry into your body.  If your skin looks parched, you should be considering a moisturizer like Skin MD Natural.  I was recently sent a bottle for review purposes and I offer my thoughts and observations about my use of this product.

Absorbs quickly!

One thing that I loved about Skin MD Natural was that it absorbed quickly.  Other lotions that I have used in the past leave my hands feeling a bit greasy.  You shouldn't have to feel like you need a towel to wipe off your hands and I don't feel that way when I use this product.

The scent is light and pleasant and kind of reminds me of baby lotion.  It's a gentle formula and recommended for those with eczema.  My daughter suffers from eczema from time to time and she has used Skin MD on the backs of her knees after a bath.  It did not aggravate her skin and I felt confident in applying it to her because she is supposed to avoid fragrances and this product is fragrance free.

Useful for many body parts

This gentle formula can be used on your hands, body and even your face.  I like a good all-in-one lotion that's versatile.  Because it isn't greasy, I don't worry about clogging my pores if I need a dab on my face to moisturize.

Green energy

Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion is made using 100% solar energy.  I really love that aspect and I feel it is important to support companies who are using green manufacturing methods.  In addition, it contains no animal products or testing.  There's no colorants in it and it is fragrance free and hypo-allergenic.  The scent that I smell must be due to the natural ingredients.  I saw several plant based ingredients listed on the label.  If you would like to review the ingredients, please visit Skin MD Natural to view them all.
