Free Bic Pens at Dollar General if you have $1/2 Bic Stationary coupons.

Dollar General has Bic Round Stic Pens 10 pack (asst. colors) on sale this week for 2 for $1.  If you have any of the Bic $1/2 stationary products coupons (expires end of September), you can pick some up for free.  The Bic Atlantis giveaway is still going on Facebook.  I can't play to see if I'm still offered the $1 off 2 printable coupon (shows when you lose), but I've seen other bloggers saying it's still available.
