States hold Tax Free Weekends August 3-5

Several states are holding sales tax free holidays this weekend --- including Virginia, where I live!  Save on sales tax if you live in a state that's holding a holiday.  My friend, writer Kim Morgan, compiled a list of states holding sales tax free weekends for school supplies to be held this month.  Twelve states are holding sales tax holidays this weekend, with several others holding theirs in the next few weeks.
