Bladder leakage? Free TENA trial kit/free samples (US and Canadian)

Claim a free trial kit of TENA products, which are designed for bladder leakage, by answering a few questions on their website.  If you're a woman (or requesting a trial kit for a woman), you will likely be offered the chance to select one of three trial kits:

A Lifestyle kit (4 samples);
An Ultimate Protection (3 samples); and
An Underwear kit (3 samples).

For men, there is only one kit available, the Free Trial Kit for Caregivers (3 samples).
