From August 1 through September 25, kids 12 and under can eat free at IHOP from 4 PM - 10 PM, with adult entree purchase. This offer is limited to one free kid's meal taken from their special kid's menu and is limited to one free kid's meal per adult entree purchase.
The nice thing about this offer is that it is not limited to specific days of the week. Drinks aren't included unless expressly stated and the press release states participating locations, so you may want to call ahead to verify.
