Chick-fil-A is offering free breakfast, of sorts, in the form of an offer to all who make a purchase between the magical hours of 10:30 A.M. and 6 P.M. on New Year's Day. The offer (I assume a coupon) is good for a free chicken biscuit at a future visit. This offer is limited to one per person, and it is also state restricted.
