I don't normally pay too much attention to class action lawsuits, but this one caught my eye this morning. On January 20, class members (that being anyone who says they bought high-end cosmetics at any of a host of department stores between 1994 and 2003) get to line up at any one of several large department stores, such as Macy's, Saks, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus.... and claim their free cosmetic product as part of the settlement of a long-standing legal case. The cosmetic settlement freebie is while supplies last.
