This week, CVS is offering a special promotion where you get $5 ECB when you spend $15 on any John Freida Hair Care, Jergens, Curel or Biore Skin Care product (featured in the ad, of course).
However, these John Freida products are on sale this week for $5 each: John Freida Collection shampoo, conditioner (8.45-10 oz) or styler 3-12 oz.
If you have a stash of $2/1 John Freida coupons, you can buy 3 to get to the $15 threshold to trigger the $5 ECB, but use 3 of the $2/1 coupons, bringing down your John Freida purchase to $4 after ECB.
3 John Freida products on sale @ $5 each = $15
Less ECB triggered from sale - 5
Less three $2/1 coupons - 6
= total of $4 for 3 products.
These are nice, name branded products that would be great for a gift basket. Remember, summer graduation season will soon be upon us. I know when I went to college, I would have loved a gift basket full of things like this. I was pretty poor my freshman year and had to call home for money at least once ;)
