• Store identified receipt required; circle the product and the date on the receipt
• complete the printable refund request form (linked above)
• Mail it in by 5/31/2009 - it must be postmarked no later than 5/31
• Get your money back, up to $5.40, allow 8 weeks for processing.

It does say you can't use in conjunction with another offer, so I would be leery of using a coupon if you had one... sometimes companies take liberties and subtract off the coupon amount (even if you didn't use one - they'll see -$1 on your receipt and assume that it was their coupon when it wasn't!)
