Toilet paper is horribly expensive here where I live and it seems like it is a crime to charge so much for such a basic item. Today I found a $2 printable coupon for White Cloud toilet paper 24 roll pack. For me, I'll buy what's on sale or whatever has the best coupon deal available to me (sand papery brands excepted) and this coupon is fairly high value and is off one package.
