Blog Giveaway: $10 Stop & Shop Gift Card - spread the word!

The folks at MyBlogSpark are providing me a $10 Stop & Shop Gift Card to giveaway to one of my readers! (For those who don't know, Stop & Shop also encompasses Giant, Super G, Giant Food Stores, Peapod and Martins). So don't be afraid to enter if a Stop & Shop isn't in your neighborhood, but a Giant or Martins is! This awesome giveaway is courtesy of General Mills, Stop & Shop and MyBlogSpark.

2. Additional savings for you or your school, depending on which Stop & Shop location you shop
   If your Stop & Shop store sells gas

• Buy four (4) participating General Mills items and you’ll automatically earn 100 points on your Stop & Shop card


• For every 100 points earned, you'll save 10¢ per gallon of gas (Please note: Total discount cannot exceed price per gallon)


• Just swipe your Stop & Shop Card at the pump to redeem your Gas Rewards
  
  If your Stop & Shop store doesn’t sell gas

• For those Stop & Shop locations without gas stations, don’t worry – you’re not left out of the savings – if you buy five (5) participating General Mills products, you will receive 20 Bonus Box Tops for your school."

So this week is a great week to buy General Mills products at your local Stop & Shop! The Giant that I normally shop at has General Mills Cereals at 2 for $5, use the $1 off 2 General Mills cereal coupons printable at Coupons.com (good on the Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Cheerios) to get them for $2 each. Pillsbury Toaster Strudels are also on sale for $2 each, so print the .55/2 coupon from Coupons.com to snag those too. Maybe your store will double making it a sweeter deal! The folks at MyBlogSpark also sent me a $10 gift card to spend at this sale which came today. I'm planning on buying the Toaster Strudel to stock up on easy breakfasts for the kids!

HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY:

1. This is going to be a quick giveaway so you can hopefully receive the gift card in time to make your purchases. The giveaway runs from time of posting to Sunday, September 6 at 12 AM midnight. I will choose a winner via random.org and contact them. They will have 48 hours after I send them an email to give me their name and address. If no answer in 48 hours, I will select an alternate winner.

2. Mandatory Entry: To enter, leave a comment below stating which Stop & Shop store is nearest to you (for me it is the Giant in Fredericksburg, Virginia on Route 1) and then tell me how much you can save on your next trip to your local Stop & Shop store.
