I spied a new offer at the Hershey's site today - a free* Reese's or Hershey's cinch sack. Free meaning that you don't have to pay for it, not free in that you still have to pay $3 shipping and handling. To be quite fair, the Hershey's t-shirt offer does also require shipping and handling. I sure miss the good old days when free really meant free (except for a stamp on my end, of course.)
Basically, you need either 3 UPCs from larger bags of either Hershey's or Reese's bagged candies (10.5 or larger), the form and of course the $3. CVS may be a good place to do this deal as they generally run candy promos offering Extra Bucks.
