P&G's eStore is open for business today, May 20. If you are a loyal fan of many of their products who is short on time, this may be a great time saver for you. Normally, shipping is just $5 no matter what you order. Today, though... if you look on their site at the very bottom, you'll see a notation that you can get free shipping when you spend $25 or more (limited to the first 500 shoppers) by entering FREE25 at checkout.
Like Alice.com, P&G's eStore wants to "get to know you" and your shopping habits to make repeat visits easy. Also like Alice.com, there are coupons available to help offset the cost. Some coupons are off 1 product, but most that I looked at were off 2. As more shoppers use the P&G eStore, expect to see more customer reviews of products to help you shop.
Another cool feature is the feedback button. You can tell them what you didn't like (or liked) about your experience so that they can continue to evolve and give customers the experience they want and need.
Disclosure: I have been a member of a research panel providing feedback to P&G as they developed their eStore. I was not compensated for this blog post; I only wanted to share the news that it was open for business today.
