Stop by to congratulate her at Heart N Soul Cooking. Right now, she's featuring a recipe for apple carrot cake with goat cheese frosting. It looks delicious, though I'd probably substitute out the goat cheese myself! When asked in the mandatory entry what she'd buy with this gift certificate, she said, "Euro Pro Shark - S3101 - Electric Steam Mop". I don't know about you, but I can't bake unless my kitchen is clean and Heart N Soul is probably just the same as me about kitchen cleanliness. Looks like her wish will come true!
