Lowe's Tax Refund card: Free 10% added to Lowe's Gift Card

I saw the Lowe's Tax Refund card advertised on TV last week and thought it was a cool marketing gimmick.  How it works is that you buy a gift card worth between $500 and $4,000 and on March 18, they'll add 10% to the value you purchased.  This is a definite plus if you plan to tackle some home improvement projects with your income tax refund.  The cards are available now through March 14.  I am really glad that they have put the date out so far, but in reality, I don't know how many people are going to be unable to take advantage of this offer.  Thanks to the IRS, we are just able to file our taxes since we itemize and use the long form.  We normally are early filers and if this were a typical year, we'd already have our refund back.  Still, this is an awesome deal for many and please pass the this offer along to anyone you might know who could use it.
