Cedar Point (Sandusky, OH) Amusement Park Special Deal for Armed Forces, Public Safety workers

If you live in or near Ohio and are looking for some family fun, Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio is offering a special ticket price on tickets during Father's Day weekend for armed forces, including honorably discharged/retired military and their immediate families.  They will be able to purchase one-day tickets at a savings of $12 per ticket, which drops the price to $34.99.  This offer is also open to public safety personnel (think firefighters/policemen).  Definitely come with ID to cash in on this deal.

Being from Northwest Pennsylvania, I've been to Cedar Point in the past.  Class trips and on my own with family.  If you happen to go, definitely check out the Magnum if your heart (and back) can take it.  I remember riding this coaster years ago.  The slow climb to the top and then the announcement that, "on a clear day, you can see Canada!" all before you plunge down at around 70 mph.  A definite must-ride for avid coaster lovers.
