The winner of the Betty Crocker Gluten Free Mixes is...
Thanks to all who entered! Don't forget, you have until June 30, 2011 to enter the Baker's Challenge! I, for one, am very interested to see what gluten free bakers can come up with to serve at holiday time! I imagine a recipe with candy canes would be a little hard to cook up in the summer though!
