Free sample Tom's of Maine Silly Strawberry Flavor Children's Toothpaste

I found a link to request a free sample of Tom's of Maine's Silly Strawberry flavored children's toothpaste.  My son is not a fan of mint, so I requested a sample.  There's a limit of one free sample per household and it's available to US residents only.  The link redirects and I can't track down one you can follow, so be looking on Facebook's ads for this offer.
