Have you heard that peanut butter prices are set to skyrocket starting early next month? As in to the tune of 24% for Peter Pan and 30% for Jif, according to WSJ's article on the subject. Yowzers! A price jump right before the holiday baking season. Watch for stores to start raising prices soon and be sure to grab a few extra jars before the price increase goes into effect.
Are you brand loyal when it comes to peanut butter? My family prefers Jif and I think I'll be looking into stocking up soon and hoping for a good sale and coupons.
