Sam's Club will be offering free health screenings on Saturday, January 14 from 11 AM - 3 PM at participating Sam's Clubs. The free screenings include BMI, cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure. These screenings are valued at approximately $100 and are advertised being available to the first 100 members.
In addition to these free screenings, Sam's Club's press release states that they will have 1 on 1 smoking cessation advice available from pharmacists and free samples available (Atkins and Emergen-C were named). Tests may vary by state.
