National Coffee Day 2012: Where to get free coffee (List)

National Coffee Day 2012 is coming up this week, so though I'm not a coffee drinker, I've compiled a list of free coffee for my readers.

Remember, some are "participating stores", which means you should call first to make sure they're participating.

September 28:  7-Eleven's holding a CofFree Day.  Between 6AM and 10AM, get a large coffee free, while supplies last.  Participating stores only.  RSVP for this event via their Facebook page.

September 29:  Krispy Kreme will give you a free 12 oz coffee on Saturday, September 29 to celebrate National Coffee Day.  No other purchase required.

September 29:  Caribou Coffee is offering a free small cup of Amy's Blend coffee (coffee of the day) on September 29.  This came as an email and the offer also includes special pricing for a medium coffee of the day at .50 and $1.00 for a large drip coffee of the day.

September 29:  Kangaroo Express will offer a 12 oz cup of their Bean Street coffee for just one penny.  Not free, but I'm pretty sure you can find a penny hiding out in your car somewhere.  Have a few pennies to spare?  Leave some change for the next guy to get his or her cup of caffeine.  This penny deal runs between 8AM and Noon.

September 29:  Tim Horton's is offering its fans the chance to print out a buy one, get one free coupon that's good only on 9/29 and good on any size.  If you buy a large, you get a large free with coupon.  Get your coupon here.

September 23-29:  Many McDonald's around the country are offering a free small coffee (every day if you wanted to) through September 29.  I've seen numerous press releases for larger metro areas, but you could try your local Golden Arches to see if they're participating too.

Through 10/2:  Got a Wawa nearby?  Sign up to receive a coupon for a free 16 oz Iced Latte.  The coupon is good through 10/2. You will be emailed the coupon.

Did I miss one?  If you know of a free coffee deal, please list it in the comments for others to see too!
