Toys R Us layaway program: no fee through 10/31

Layaway has been making a comeback, and Toys R Us is stepping up their game by offering a no upfront service fees through Halloween (10/31), with no minimum purchase requirement either.  They do offer layaways year round, though most people use layaway as a shopping technique for holiday purchases.  After 10/31, layaways will be subject to a $5 service fee.  Customers will have until 12/16  to pick up their layawayed items.
