Tire companies are getting creative with their sales tactics, something I've noticed in the past few months. While a pre-paid card is a nice reward for purchasing their tires, it's the other sales incentives that catch my eye. One company offered a Nook e-reader last spring, and now through 9/30 Bridgestone is offering your choice of a $70 prepaid card or a Wii. (while supplies of the Wii last).
Yes, a Wii.
How cool is that? Of course, I haven't priced out the tires yet, so I have no idea if it's a good deal or not. You need to purchase four tires, which can be quite pricey --- a few hundred dollars at least. But, if you're needing tires, and a Wii is on your Christmas list, this deal is worth checking out.
