Free health screenings at Sam's Club on 1/12

Free health screenings at Sam's Club on 1/12:  Receive free health screenings on January 12 from 11 AM - 3 PM at Sam's Clubs with pharmacies.  According to their press release, they will offer five health screenings gratis to members and non-members.  These screenings include:

Glucose
Total Cholesterol
Blood Pressure
BMI
Vision Screening

Health costs are one of the many costs expected to rise in 2013, so be sure to take advantage of free health screenings.  Ask for the information to be written or printed out so that you can share with your doctor.  A relative of mine received a health screening free at her work and it saved her doctor from duplicating the tests (and of course, saved her money for not having to pay for them).  Anytime you get a free screening, ask for a report.
