Mark your calendar: IHOP National Pancake Day is Feb 5

Just about one month to go until IHOP's National Pancake Day celebration.  On February 5, you can get a short-stack of pancakes for free at IHOP (though they're collecting donations for Children's Miracle Network).  They're hoping to raise $3 Million Dollars this year.
