Have you heard about Michaels' Random Acts of Crafting? Well, this coming Sunday, February 17, some customers will randomly receive a gift card at Michaels stores. According to the press release, the total amount of the giveaway is $100,000 + dollars that will be given out in its US and Canadian stores (almost 1,100 of them). So if you happen to need some craft supplies, perhaps next Sunday is the day to shop!
If you were a lucky recipient, what would you purchase? For me, it would probably be yarn! I have sent granny squares to a comfortghan project named Hands, Hearts, and Hugs in the recent past and hope to do more squares up to be lovingly assembled and sent to someone who needs to feel the love of others in their life.
