I spied this reward at My Coke Rewards' site today -- a $5 Macaroni Grill $5 Bonus Card for 140 points (read: coupon as it expires 12/31 and does not keep the balance if you spend less than $5). Plus side: You can stack multiple bonus cards on your order, so if you have the points, you can redeem for multiple cards.
