Free health screenings at Costco in January, select states

There are some free health screenings available at Costco pharmacies in specific states on two dates in January.  See this link for a comprehensive list of stores matched with dates and the type of free screening available..  Screenings are either heart healthy, osteoporosis, or for diabetes.  Testing varies by store/state.

States/Territories included: CA, CT, IA,  IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MN, MO, NH, NJ, NV, NY, PA, OH, VA, VT, WI, and Puerto Rico.
