If you're a user of Walmart Savings Catcher, be aware that as of 12/28 they are making a change to the program that affects online purchases. This change is made to combat theft of your e-gift card money. As of 12/28, you may only use your e-gift at Walmart.com to purchase things online via the original https://Walmart.com account to which the gift card was issued. Here's a screen grab:
What this means is that if you were to redeem the e-gift card, you couldn't say give it to your sister to use online via her own account. It would need to be redeemed within your own Walmart.com account.
