I had to run to the grocery store yesterday and was really excited to see the Food Lion brand of Rice Krispies on sale for $1 per box. Since I have a wheat allergy, I have a somewhat limited variety of cereals that I can eat. The Food Lion Rice Krispies are on sale until Tuesday, May 20th and are normally $2.29 a box. They also had the Food Lion brand of Fruit Loops on sale for $1.
I grabbed four boxes seeing that I was getting a box for more than half off. Wheat allergy aside, these would be great to snap up for cheap Rice Krispy treats.
