$50 Prepaid Visa for purchasing $100 worth of select Barbie toys - Barbie Buck$ Offer from Mattel

Mattel is offering a $50 Visa rebate offer when you purchase $100 worth of participating Barbie toys. You can purchase online or in a retail store; just hold on to your receipts. One bad thing about this is that you need to save the UPCs as well, which can make holiday wrapping a bit of a challenge. However, as a general rule, Santa unwraps things at our home to make it easier for the kids to play without having to stop to have mom or dad free their toy from the ties that bind them. If you plan to wrap as-is, be sure to save all of the boxes to clip the upcs after the unwrapping is finished.

Which items are covered under this offer?

Barbie & The Diamond Castle Princess Liana Doll
Barbie & The Diamond Castle Princess Alexa Doll
Barbie & The Diamond Castle Horse and Carriage
Barbie & The Diamond Castle Glimmer Flying Horse
Barbie & The Diamond Castle Playset

Barbie Peekaboo Petites Peekaboo Place
Barbie Party Cruise
Candy Glam Style Station
iDesign Ultimate Stylist
Barbie My House

Takeaways:
1) Save all receipts for eligible products;
2) Save all UPCs for eligible products;
3) Offer expires 12/31/08;
4) Offer must be received by 1/21/09;
5) Print the offer and keep it; it will only be available through midnight 12/31/08;
6) One submission per household;
7) Cannot be combined with any other special offers or coupons; and
8) The $50 Visa is not store specific; you can spend it anywhere Visa is accepted.

Overall, if your child is a Barbie fan, this is a great way to recoup some of that money you spend on Christmas. You don't need to give $100 worth of Barbies at Christmas. I often do offers such as this and save a toy or two for a birthday later on.
