News broke today that cash-poor Circuit City will not be emerging from bankruptcy as hoped. To read more on that, click here. And now, the Circuit City site is "closed" and gives Internet surfers the following message: "We're updating our site with new products and special offers. Please come back in a few minutes."
That message leads me to believe that Circuit City may start liquidating their inventory sooner rather than later? At any rate, if you are in the market for some electronics in the near future, keep Circuit City in mind. We are very sad to see Circuit City go, but like any savvy consumer, we'll be checking in to perhaps snag some items at discount.
