$3 Lysol printable rebate (Neutra Air not included)

Lysol just launched a $3 rebate, which is printable. The Lysol rebate began on 3/15 and runs through 5/15.

Lysol $3 rebate details

• Must purchase 3 Lysol products (not including Neutra Air) between 3/15 and 5/15/09
• Complete the printable $3 Lysol Rebate Form, including UPC information
• Send your store receipt with three Lysol purchases and their prices circled to address on printable form
• Must be postmarked by 6/1/09
• One refund request per household
• Open to all U.S. residents EXCEPT for those in Rhode Island
• Allow 4-6 weeks for rebate to be sent
