A new bank opened recently in my little burg and today is their grand opening, complete with free hot dogs and drinks. Can anyone say free lunch?
Keeping an eye out for free lunches such as these is a great way for stay at home moms to get out of the house and avoid fixing lunch for at least one day. Radio stations are often invited to promote a new business and there is usually some food attached.
The new bank is also giving away prizes, so wish me luck! I have had good luck with local contests, my last win having been a rather boyishly looking bicycle (though my oldest is a girl). But hey, it was free! Now that my daughter has made friends with some older kids in my neighborhood, that bike has been seeing more use.
