KFC/Oprah free meal giveaway update: KFC apologizes for PR disaster

I managed to print my free coupons, well, two of them at least. I ran out of ink and two did not print. Now, just a few days past the KFC/Oprah promotion, I can't use them. Why? Because KFC is now forcing its customers with valid coupons to visit their local KFC to obtain a rain check for a later date!
