AAA Discounts - membership does have benefits other than roadside assistance. Get discounts on attractions too!

As a new member of AAA, I have been thus far pleased with the service I've received. Initially, we joined AAA because we were booking our next Disney vacation and a friend suggested we try AAA to see what kind of quote we could get from them. It was indeed the cheapest we could find for a package deal. Paying the small membership fee enabled us to save several hundred dollars alone. Then, poof, one day my car battery died. I called my hubby - what to do! We called AAA and they sent someone out prepared to jump the car or replace the battery (whichever it needed).

Recently my friend Jennifer Budd published some content that is worth a look. AAA offers discounts on more than just travel bookings and hotel rooms. Many attractions will give you a discount just for pulling out that card from your wallet. Take a look at some New York City attractions that offer AAA discounts. Across the river in New Jersey, you'll be able to use your AAA card to get AAA discounts at New Jersey attractions too. I know I'll be checking into what attractions give me a discount here in Virginia!
