Amazon has some movies at a huge discount leading into Easter. Some things that caught my eye were two Spanish language Veggie Tales movies for less than $5.
Veggie Tales are awesome cartoons for kids. They are wholesome and teach good life lessons (such as obedience!)
Both would be great for an Easter Basket for a young, bilingual child. Also, another cheap DVD to pick up that would be great for Scooby Doo fans:
