GoodNites Underwear Free Sample and printable coupon links

If you have a little one still in need of some night time protection, GoodNites has a free sample link to request one girl or one boy sample of GoodNites Underwear.  These may or may not be FSA eligible - make sure you check with your plan.  If you do want to try to claim GoodNites, be prepared to get a letter of medical necessity.  My plan's response to my query stated:

Goodnights for children who are not continent overnight may be
considered, however we would need a certified doctor's Letter of Medical
Necessity (LMN) that must indicate the specific medical condition, the
required treatment and how the treatment will alleviate the medical
condition.  Once received, the LMN will be reviewed and either approved
or denied based on IRS guidelines and the FSAFEDS Plan.  You will be
contacted regarding the outcome once the review is complete.
Your plan may have extra (or less) hoops to jump through.
