Here's a sweepstakes that I would love to win! The Hampton Chain of Friends Sweepstakes is giving away, as a grand prize, an entire hotel for a weekend (2 days, 100 rooms)! To be honest, I'm not sure I even have that many friends. But here's what I would do... I would scour my Facebook friends and invite them to come. I have a mix of blogging friends, writing friends, high school friends and, of course, family. It could be a clash of the worlds event of epic proportions! Still, there's a lot of high school friends that I haven't seen in years (and no, Facebook doesn't count as "seeing" friends) that I would truly love to reconnect with not on social media.
The grand prize winner will also receive $5,000 to help pay for expenses during their weekend. Maybe that money would go toward some fine food? Or hiring out a DJ and partying like it's 1999! If I won, I'm not sure exactly what I would do. I think I'd lean more toward having a huge picnic or something so that they can bring their families for some fun too.
This contest is also open to all 50 states, DC, Canada (except Quebec, sorry!) and even the UK and Mexico. You don't even have to belong to the Hilton Honors program or have previously stayed at a Hampton to qualify. This contest is very inclusive! There are also daily winners - 100 people will win free weekend stays for themselves and 3 of their friends.
