Review of Gensis Today juices, plus a link to enter a giveaway

Genesis Today was founded by Dr. Lindsey Duncan, a naturopathic doctor and nutritionist.  Wanting to make good nutrition, including that provided by superfruits, available to the average consumer, Genesis Today markets superfruit juices, puddings, teas and more that are chock full of free radical fighting antioxidants.  I had the opportunity to try all three superfruit juices above, courtesy of Genesis Today.

Pomegranate & Berries with Resveratrol:  Of all three of the flavors, this one was my favorite.  I have tasted something similar from Minute Maid, but honestly, it was hard to drink that whole, huge jug.  I found the taste pleasant, without one fruit really overpowering another.  Pomegranate & Berries is a blend of grape, pear, apple, black cherry (a nice surprise), pomegranate, blueberry and cranberry.  This blend is designed to support cardiovascular health and help maintain a youthful appearance.  Big plus for me:  100% of DV of folate.  A lack of B vitamins is a concern for me since my gluten free diet leaves me prone to nutritional deficiencies.  I'd much rather get the vitamins I need from food sources than a vitamin supplement.

Cranberry Goji:  I liked this one second best.  I did find the cranberry taste a bit too tart and oddly to me, I found it tasted better when not completely chilled.  This superfruit juice blend contains cranberry, apple, pear, goji, red and concord grape, and black cherry juices.  It supports healthy eyes and antioxidant levels. No folate listed on the nutritional label; however, it is packed full of other essential B vitamins.

Acai Light with Coconut Water:  Honestly, I did not like this one at all.  The scent was a turn off for me and I did not like the taste.  This superfruit juice blend is made of acai puree, coconut water and other fruit juices.  It is meant to support your natural energy, healthy hair and nails and also support antioxidant levels.

Genesis Today's superfruit juice blends are available at Walmart and Sam's Club.  I used their store locator and also found some near me at a Walgreens.  Learn more about Superfruits and their health benefits by reading Genesis Today: Superfruits 101.
